Barbra Streisand has recorded more than 60 albums, almost all with Columbia Records. Her early works in the 1960s (her debut The Barbra Streisand Album which won two Grammy Awards in 1963, followed by The Second Barbra Streisand Album, The Third Album, My Name Is Barbra, etc.) are considered classic renditions of theater and nightclub standards, including her version of Happy Days Are Here Again. Beginning with My Name Is Barbra, her albums were often medley-filled keepsakes of her television specials.
Starting in 1969, Streisand tackled contemporary songwriters; like many talented singers of the day, she found herself a fish out of water in attempts to tackle rock, but her vocal talents prevailed and she gained newfound success with the pop and ballad-oriented Richard Perry-produced album Stoney End in 1971. The title track, written by Laura Nyro, was a big hit for Streisand.
Streisand's 1980 album, Guilty featured the songwriting, production and vocal talents of Barry Gibb and was the best-selling album of her recording career. During the 1970s, she was also highly prominent in the pop charts, with number-one records like The Way We Were, Evergreen, No More Tears (Enough Is Enough) (her duet with Donna Summer), and Woman In Love; some of these came from soundtracks of her films. She recently took part in supporting Haiti in singing "We are the World 25th anniversary.
When the 1970s ended, Streisand was named the most successful female singer in the U.S. - only Elvis Presley and The Beatles having sold more albums. [1]
[1] In 1982, New York Times music critic Stephen Holden wrote that Streisand was "the most influential mainstream American pop singer since Frank Sinatra."

Love, fresh as the morning air
One love that is shared by two
I have found with you
Like a rose under the April snow
I was always certain love would grow
Love, ageless and evergreenSeldom seen by two
You and I will
Make each night a first
Every day a beginning
Spirits rise and their dance is unrehearsed
They warm and excite us
'Cause we have the brightest love
Two lights that shine as one
Morning glory and midnight sun
Time, we've learned to sail above
Time, won't change the meaning of one love
Ageless and ever, evergreen
Barbra Streisand's "Love Theme From A Star Is Born" is a quintessential love song that speaks about the joys and rewards of falling in love. The opening line of the song, "Love soft as an easy chair" conjures up an image of comfort and ease, two things that are central to a successful romantic relationship. The song also explores the idea that love is something that is fresh and new, as evidenced by the line, "Love fresh as the morning air". The idea of love being shared by two people is another central theme of the song, which is captured brilliantly in the line "One love that is shared by two".
The song also explores the idea that love is something that can grow and flourish over time. This is captured beautifully in the lines "Like a rose under the April snow, I was always certain love would grow". The song also suggests that love can be ageless and evergreen and it's something that can stand the test of time. This idea is encapsulated perfectly in the final lines of the song "Time, won't change the meaning of one love, Ageless and ever, evergreen".
Overall, "Love Theme From A Star Is Born" is a beautiful love song that explores the joy and essence of falling in love. It's a song that has touched many hearts over the years and still continues to do so to this day.

I'm afraid you would be incorrect. There are many people around the world with such a natural talent. I am one of them, but I chose early in life to not be a professional singer. Sadly, these days you people the music industry has the ability to make everyone sound like a natural talent! Taylor Swift is one of those that has always needed a little extra help.
