First impression... This is so beautiful and I have a theory/spooky story about why Endigo ruined his make up was was carrying the doll. My story is that the doll was a real person and also a woman and that Endigo was going to marry her but she died. As time when on he used a doll to replace her and help him remember her so that he can't forget about her. However as days go on he started having hallucinations about three other men using his 'wife' as a toy for their own use and pleasure. They also abused the doll slightly (hence Patrik dragging it across the floor) and that slowly drives him crazy. One day as he is doing his makeup he starts painting streaks of lip gloss on his face and violently smudging his eyeshadow. Unable to control his mind, he then sees the doll wearing the same wedding dress she wore on her wedding day and seeing her in the mirror. Endigo carries his doll into an empty field and goes to a running lake. Giving his doll a final hug he throws it into the river as the body travelled with the water whilst the dress floated on the surface. This may not be correct but just wanted to make a little guess also I love this video! STAY VICIOUS!!!

Okay I'll admit this theory was good but I think I've got an even better one!
Endigo was in a serious relationship with a beautiful woman but she had a dark secret. She secretly held a love for a charming purple-haired stranger she had met in the town. When Endigo found out he pretended to not be bothered but inside he was furious. Later on that night he snuck to the man's house and killed him in his sleep by strangling him. A few weeks go by and the woman finds another man. A man with a bald head who seems very sweet. Endigo quickly found this out too and killed the second man by pushing him off of a cliff. The third man soon comes. This man has orange hair and looks like a passionate lover. The woman stays with him for a long time before Endigo found out and murders him by burning him to death.
However, the woman finds out about Endigo's acts. Disgusted by his horrid actions, she leaves him and soon commits suicide by drowning herself in a river. Her body was found later on buried in a thick sheet of ice. Endigo, shocked by his girlfriend's death, becomes severely depressed and slightly satanic. He later on builds a doll that looks like his beloved and spends every day in his house with her. But he noticed one day that his doll was slightly broken. Her head was full of nails, one of her arms were missing, her skin looked like it had been scratched off and she had suspicious wet marks on some parts of her body.
He thinks it's just his imagination but really it's the ghosts of the men who he had killed. At first they gave the doll loving hugs and tender kisses but soon it leads to them doing the naughty with it. Soon they got bored of this and decided to break the doll a bit. The first man dragged her on the hard floor which scratched off it's skin, the second man cut off her arm and the third spins her around and pushes it onto a pile of nails. Endigo slowly starts to go crazy and one day is unable to control his hand as he paints lip gloss and smudges eye shadow on his face.
The last straw his when he looks at the mirror to be confronted by his darling girl's face flickering from a beautiful human to an ugly doll. Soon the ghostly faces of the men appear and horrifying and disturbing images flash inside of the mirror. He realises that he has to dispose of the doll. Carrying it in the wedding dress his girl was going to wear to the same lake she had drowned herself in, Endigo gives his doll a final shaky hug before tossing it into the water. The doll later on was found and smashed to pieces.
Shortly after this Endigo soon drowns himself to save others from his insanity...
