As a woman, GENERALLY speaking, you will never do better than the best guys who offered you commitment between the ages of 18 - 24. If you were committed to a guy at 22, then decided to trade up at 26, you've already failed by giving up the absolute best option you were ever going to have (with VERY few exceptions). You'll always have a better option for sex, but a woman's value is not determined by the level of men who will sleep with them. It's determined by the level of man they can get long-term commitment from. In the same way that a man's value is not determined by the level of woman that will accept time, attention, and resources from him (aka a relationship), but by the level of woman that will consistently be happy to sleep with him.

The way to combat that is to show that you are desirable to others without being a narcissist. Once she sees that others find you desirable her limbic system will make her realise "others find him desirable, so now I don't want anyone else to have him" - obviously there are a ton of variables.

The thing is he never even touched her. He just chilled with her and took pics in 5 star hotels ect. She later realised he was gay as they come but he had to keep his straight player image going.
