21 Years after the band was founded they are still active. In the fall of 2006 they continued to do concerts, primarily in Norway.
In 2007 Bel Canto will continue to work together, both by writing new material and by doing more gigs. At the same time both Anneli Drecker and Nils Johansen will also work on other projects.

Todo mundo habla de la exposición de las quimeras, yo descubrí a Bel Canto en los discos demos que ponían en Mix Up, me la pasaba horas escuchando música gratis, hasta los empleados se me quedaban viendo raro, ahí descubrí Air, Era, Sarah Brightman, Vangelis, Libera etc, que tiempos aquellos... 😢

En el 93 yo tenía 12 años, pero recuerdo que iba solo a los 10 años a campos elíseos y Jorge Eliot , la entrada era de 10 pesos y el boleto del metro de 40 centavos. Fui quizá unas 15 veces solo , y caminaba desde auditorio hasta la estación insurgentes por todo reforma, en aquellos tiempos reforma era una calle llena de baches y muy fea, camiones amarillos ruidosos, y la banqueta estaba toda levantada por las raíces de los árboles. Me gustaría ver esa exposición una vez más en mi vida.

Esta canción acompañaba un comercial de TV de los años 90s, del "Centro Cultural Arte Contemporáneo", específicamente para la exposición "Fábrica de Quimeras" del artista Jean Marc Ferrari, recuerdo que era un comercial muy extraño, con una atmósfera medio extraña... que tiempos aquellos.
