Overall Meaning

The opening lines of the song "Habibi Ya Eini" refers to the singer's lover, calling him "Habibi," which means "my love" in Arabic. The word "Eini" translates to "my eyes" in English. The singer then repeats this phrase, adding "Ya leili" which translates to "Oh night" in English. The next line, "Yam sahar eini," means "the nights keep me awake" and then the line "Bein hari wi leili" means "between day and night."

The next few lines suggest that the singer is lost and confused without her lover, as she states "Walla shta′ na, Wahaiatei einek, Yamfarei' na, Shta′na lei einounek” which means "I'm in pain, your tears, your sighs, your love hold me captive." She then goes on to say that she wants her lover to take her and lead her out of her pain.

The chorus of the song, "Yalla yalla yalla," translates to "let's go, let's go, let's go" and is repeated throughout the song. The singer then addresses her lover by name, "Baseim" and asks him to take her with him, along the way. She also mentions "showaya" which means "songs" and "mazika" which means "music" suggesting that the couple were music lovers.

Hi Leilah! First of all, this is fabulous and so much fun, well done to everyone! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I love your videos, been working out and learning to dance with you since the beginning of this year and I've had such an amazing time. I've even lost weight and am feeling better about myself the more I dance. Thank you for that 😊❤️ I've been wondering if I may put in a request for a video idea (kind of inspired by this video) - I'd really love to have some beginner drum solo or song choreography videos (songs like this one that you all danced to). I LOVE the workouts but I'd also love to learn how to move to music/rhythm. Thank you for all that you do, especially for being a part of my new confidence journey xx
