Benito Di Paula's song "Charlie Brown" is a celebration of Brazil's diverse cultural landscape, as the artist invites his friend Charlie to explore the different regions of the country. The lyrics are repetitive and catchy, as the chorus of "Eh! Meu amigo Charlie, Charlie Brown, Charlie Brown" serves as a refrain throughout the song. The verses each highlight a different aspect of Brazil, from the rainy city of São Paulo to the carnival in Rio de Janeiro, the Bahian music of Caetano Veloso, and the football culture of the Flamengo team.
Di Paula's pride for his country is clear in the lyrics, as he sings about the richness of Brazilian culture and its many manifestations across the country. The inclusion of Vinícius de Moraes, Jorge Ben, and Luiz Gonzaga, important figures in Brazilian music, further emphasizes Di Paula's respect for his roots. The repetition of "Eh!" in the chorus creates a sense of momentum and enthusiasm, encouraging the listener to join in and celebrate all that Brazil has to offer.
