I enjoy watching the changing of emotions and feelings, even if they are not always pleasant or comfortable.

They may not make sense
My emotions may be confusing or difficult to understand, but they are still valid and exist.

But they sure as hell made me
Despite the challenges presented by my emotions, they have shaped me into who I am and I appreciate that.

I won't go as a passenger, no
I will not just go through life as a bystander. I will take an active role in navigating my emotions.

Instead of comparing, it's important to focus on the present moment and take active steps towards a more fulfilling future
