Only was California able to push out such a genre and movement.. I grew up in California Northern California I was a punk rock headbanger kid surrounded by cholos even though I hated them for being so closed minded and just fuct up people usually racist but in the end hung out with a few of them the ones that were open-minded and cool and we would bring them to shows etc.. I obtained the style in the end looking like a lowrider hippie in high school wearing an 80s Slayer t-shirt with the one button flannel jump-off. . It confused a lot of society.. I'd be riding my bike or skateboard down the street with gang bangers yelling at me where you from Holmes??my reply was always yo man I'm into rock n roll I'm not with that favorite number color or part of town bullshit!...thanx for posting this thrashing beast
