A requested one, and as we all know, a great one.
Let me tell you, that I used the old RCA Records material for this one (well, there is no other source, yet anyway). In the 60s Mancini did several albums with them and formed his film scores into exquisit jazz albums.
Filled with different music of different rhythms you can understand putting the tunes together was not simple (there are not many to choose from either). I hope you enjoy it anyway.
For most of the other Pink Panther movies, expanded releases exist and will make the work (with the actual film material) much easier. So stay tuned and enjoy!

Great arranging and superb musicianship. I have wonderful memories of sitting in the living room in the evening with the family listening to music like this. Often listened to an old station by the name of WJIB ( on the waterfront)

As a kid still living in the island of Puerto Rico, while watching cartoons the pink panther was my favorite "why"? because of this lovely theme by the great Henry Mancini. That's certainly was my inspiration of the big jazz fan I'm today.God bless you Professor Mancini. RIP.

Audrey called him the hippest of cats on the back of the Breakfast at Tiffany's album. I must have been precocious to love this when I was 12. It was a guilty pleasure when my peers were listening to rock and roll. I don't rememeber when I came to appreciate Peter Sellers' liner notes or the witty titles that Mancini gave these tracks.

As far as I know every Pink Panther score got an official release and even an expanded / complete one.. so far I have them. Shot in the dark, however, didnt got an album or any kinds of releases, yet!
