1) Betsy is a Russian singer from Saint Petersburg. She's best known for her songs "Pump It Up" and "Simple dimpl pop it squish", which both went viral on TikTok.
2) When Bitch's S&M-themed heavy metal failed to reach commercial success, the band softened their sound and image, and recorded under the name of lead vocalist Betsy (Weiss). Their sole release, the 1988 Betsy album, also failed to ignite the charts, and the band reverted to their previous moniker, and sound.
3) Garth Brooks' half-sister Betsy Smittle released the solo album Rough Around the Edges under the name Betsy in 1994.
4) BETSY is a Welsh singer-songwriter signed to Warner Bros.
Born in Pembrokeshire, she was brought up on a rural goose farm which made her hopes of becoming a musician a “far-away dream”. She later decided to enroll in a course in Womenswear Fashion Design in London’s Central St Martins art school as a back-up plan of sorts; within a few months, she was presented with an internship in Balenciaga and later spent two years working full-time at the fashion house.
