1)Beyond Fear (USA)… Read Full Bio ↴There are at least two bands called Beyond Fear:
1)Beyond Fear (USA)
Beyond Fear, the band fronted by Tim "Ripper" Owens of Judas Priest and Iced Earth fame, plays a rather harsh mix of american power metal and modern heavy metal with powerful riffs and vocals ranging from low growl to ear-piercing falsetto.
In 2005, the fans of Tim had the chance to offer him a suitable name for his new band on his website, and this way "Beyond Fear" was chosen despite the fact that another metal band with this name already existed in UK.
Besides Tim Owens, "Beyond Fear" includes two former members of Winter's Bane - John Comprix (guitars) and Dennis Hayes (bass), so its sound owes much to the music of this band. The drummer Eric Elkins (ex-Cryptkicker) completes the line-up.
After issuing a demo in 2005, the band finally released a self-titled the following year. After Tim Owens was dismissed from Iced Earth, following the return of Matt Barlow in december 2007, Tim announced that there is a new Beyond Fear album in the making.
there was also a guitarist named Dwayne Bihary he was in Beyond Fear And Missing Skin
2) Beyond Fear (UK)
Death Metal Band that split up in 1996, they released one Mini-CD: "Haunted by Visions of a Third Atrocity"
Your Time Has Come
Beyond Fear Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
There is no one to set you free
Falling in, bleeding through
Living inside of your prison
[Chorus]
Your time has come
You cannot run
In your mind you are right
And yet you stand there with no fight
Verdicts read on this day
For it's your life you must pay
[Chorus]
Why did you do this
You do not know
Fall on your knees
And pray to God
Is there justice in this world
Just look around, you tell me
What do you see
Out there, all around
There seems to be a problem
The world it's not what it used to be
Please, tell me, tell me
Please, I just want to know the answer
The lyrics of Beyond Fear's song Your Time Has Come seem to be addressing someone who is powerless and trapped, and ultimately facing the consequences of their actions. The opening lines "Powerless you will be, there is no one to set you free" set the tone of the song, suggesting that the person has no control over their situation and no one can save them. They are "falling in, bleeding through," suggesting that they are suffering internally and perhaps struggling with their emotions or mental health. The line "living inside of your prison" further reinforces this idea that they are trapped in their own mind.
The chorus, "Your time has come, you cannot run," is a warning that the person's time is up, and they must face the consequences of their actions. The second verse suggests that the person believes they are right, but they have no fight left in them. The line "verdicts read on this day, for it's your life you must pay," implies that they are facing legal consequences for their actions, and they must pay the price for what they have done.
The bridge of the song asks why the person did what they did but acknowledges that they may not even know themselves. The line "fall on your knees and pray to God" suggests that the person is seeking forgiveness or salvation from a higher power. The final lines of the song ask if there is justice in the world and express a sense of confusion and concern about the state of the world.
Overall, the lyrics of Your Time Has Come are powerful and emotional, addressing themes of powerlessness, consequence, and justice.
