Dawg half of her brain was literally blown out and you can visibly see a portion of her skull is literally missing in the panel.
Also it's mentioned that Mahito's victims die immediately of shock, so she wouldn't survive it. Nobara is dead permanently as she died from shock and is missing a good quarter of her skull & brain, even if she somehow survives she'd be unable to fight or walk and likely die shortly after from her wounds which are incurable.

I believe Nobara is the perfect counter for not just Mahito but also: Sukuna. Remember Sukuna is a cursed spirit that possesses whoever consumes his fingers, so in order to counter him Gojo must’ve given Nobara the final finger of Sukuna that’s been hidden, so that way for the time when Sukuna figures out a way to incarnate himself into a different body that cannot control him like Yuji, Nobara will be able to attack Sukuna not just physically but spiritually. The best way to hide something is in plain sight: aka Nobara, as Sukuna probably never saw Nobara as a threat before(except the “play with her” part… 💀) so the best way to fight a possessor is to not fight the vessel, but to fight the spirit possessing the body.

You do remember sukuna is a literal multi city level and nobara is a low city block level and the cursed techniques is less effective against very strong opponents so it's very unlikely that'll happen and it'll just do as much as stun him for a few seconds considering what she did to Mahito that was a more than 25 sec stun and mahito is like half of a small city level so nah probably not it's like 1 in a 85 chance

You can literally see in the panel that she's missing a quarter of her Skull and Brain graphically and doesn't even have an eyeball, if she did somehow survive Mahito's technique then she would be disabled & unable to do anything, likely ending up dying.
