We need more Pastors like this. These mega churches have gotten so big that they forgot what it took to get there. Regardless how big your house is; it's nothing wrong going back to the foundation to check for cracks and making sure the job was done right. I understand you may have 10K-20K members, and 300+ staff (BUT) go back anyway because most likely someone was left behind.
