Born with a God given talent for music in general, the Los Angeles raised M.C. Bizzle (born Mark J. Felder) wrote his first rap verse at no older than 8 years old and also started writing R&B around that same time. He, now at 26 years old, has 18 years under his belt as a writer and the experience shows in his sound and versatility.
Between the years 2004-2008 Bizzle released L.A.V. Mixtapes Vol. 1-5 in Southern California. He then released Dirty West Mixtapes 1 and 2 with 360 Records in Houston TX, and went back to CA to release his biggest yet, βCertified Mixtapeβ. In 2005 he was offered a deal by 360 Records out of Houston and declined. Two years later he was offered a deal by Barry Hankerson to sign with Blackground/Universal, but he also declined that offer. Heβs also put on many successful shows as the headliner and opened up for artists like Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, Lil Boosie, and more. Heβs also worked with platinum producer Chink Santana, Darock Ramos, Stack Bundles, Lil Eazy E, Roccett from CTE, Dirty Birdy,Pretty Willie aka P-Dub, Mouthpi3ce, Chino XL, Twank Star from Nappy Boy, and many more including a compilation project feat. Ne-Yo, The Game, Nelly, David Banner, T.I., Akon, and many more.Bizzle spent 3 years preparing his debut album βGrind Paysβ. With multiple singles gaining momentum, his myspace plays quickly reached over 500,000.With his street buzz in the Los Angeles and I.E. areas and his success on myspace, the expectations for the album were big, but God had bigger plans for Bizzle. In 2008 Bizzle started attending church more frequently and his realtionship with God grew even stronger. As a result of this he felt he needed to take his music in a new direction. In January 2010 he released the track βYou Got Some Explaining to Doβ, a song directed towards Jay-Z, calling him out on his negative references towards Jesus in his raps; which caused a lot of contraversy. The buzz was bigger that he could have ever imagined. After continuesly being called the βChristian Rapperβ that dissed Jay Z, Bizzle deceided that he wanted to continue his movement to bring Glory to Christ through his music. He realeased his first Christian Mixtape entitiled βThe Messengerβ in March of 2010. βThe Messengerβ was a huge success, receiveing over 50,000 downloads and creating an even bigger buzz on the internet, with his views on Worldstarhiphop.com, Allhiphop.com, Mediatakeout.com, Bossip.com, youtube.com, etcβ¦totaling well over 1 million. He currently resides in Houston Texas where he is preparing for the release of βThe Messenger 2β³ mixtape due out in June, as well as working with producers Beanz N Kornbread (Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, and more) and Cameron Wallace (Beyonceβs βUpgrade Youβ Feat. Jay-Z) on his untitled debut album. Bizzle has done countless interviews on websites and radio shows such as Kingdomswag.com, Dasouth.com, Holla-Fest radio, itmlive radio, G1 Magazine, NFormD TV just to name a few. He was also invited to perform at one of the largest music festivals in the United States, the South by Southwest 2010 Music Festival and Conference in Austin, TX., but he has bigger plans for 2010.

They don't want us praising the lord
Hallelujah
They say you can rap about anything except for Jesus right?
But if I talk about god my record won't get played huh?
God over money
Bizzle
Give it up, yain't feeling us, yain't real enough, but, we here now, (here now)
And we ain't going nowhere, oh yeah got the record labels so scared
Wow! If I was y'all i'd be petrified, came in yelling god over money, they can never buy it
I can show it, I can prove it if they ever try, if you sleeping on the team boy you hella tired
Martin Luther king had a dream and it never died
Homey we gon' be okay, we roll with Neo you see homey we don't play, he the one
Don't sleep off it, he told us to g-o, so we go and we obey, (we obey)
Put your phones in the sky now
If you knew that I was down with the rock would you roll with me? (roll with me)
Or if you find out we love Jesus will you leave us? (they ain't all gon' stay)
Either way, we okay 'cause we used to it now, (yeah)
You may not wanna stay for what we do right now, it's about to go down
We will bless his name, we will bless his name
We will bless his name, I don't know about you but I will, I will
We will bless his name, (we will, we will, we will)
We will bless his name, (Hallelujah)
We will bless his name
Man they hate to see us winning, if they ever catch us sinning they be quick to put the cam on us
It won't be my first time slipping or my last, I repented i'm forgiven so I dabb on 'em
We ain't perfect, we just dirt so we been dirty, we ain't worthy oh
He is perfect, we his servants, we will worship, he deserves it oh
I'm hot now I'm hot now, and if he wants it he can make it stop now
I can yell his name out loud and pray, every day but if I ignore the poor i'm I god's child?
His love for me's really all that I need, faith on high, pride on low, low, low, low
My savior with me, ever leave us, forsake us, the answer is no, no, no, no
Put your phones in the sky now
If you knew that I was down with the rock would you roll with me? (would you roll with me?)
Or if you find out we love Jesus will you leave us? (they ain't all gon stay)
Either way, we okay 'cause we used to it now
You may not wanna stay for what we do right now, it's about to go down
We will bless his name, we gon' bless his name
We will bless his name, we gon' bless his name
We will bless his name, we gon' bless his name
We will bless his name, (hallelujah)
Anybody wanna do it?
Anybody wanna bless his name?
In Bizzle's song "Bless His Name," he addresses the stigma surrounding religious themes in rap music. He calls out the stereotype that artists can rap about anything but Jesus and still get played on the radio, but if they mention God, their music won't receive airplay. Bizzle asserts that his faith and devotion to God come before any desire for worldly success, represented by the phrase "God over money."
The song also explores the trials and criticisms that come with being a Christian artist in the music industry. Bizzle acknowledges that haters love to see him and others fail and will quickly call attention to their shortcomings. However, he uses his platform to promote repentance, forgiveness and humility, with his focus on "worshipping God and blessing his name." He knows that he is not perfect but professes his loyalty to his Lord and Savior.
Overall, "Bless His Name" is an anthem of faith and resilience in the face of opposition. Bizzle refuses to compromise his beliefs for the sake of popularity and unabashedly blesses God's name in his music, regardless of any backlash he may receive.
