When I bought the "Spinning Wheel" single as a preteen back in the day, I flipped it over and became mildly obsessed by this tune. Got to be one of David Clayton Thomas' greatest recorded performances (and that's saying a lot). I also flipped for Bobby Colomby's drumming on this track. He really makes the arrangement.

Michael Clifton Agree about both DCT and Bobby Colomby with Jim Fielder, certainly one of the most exciting performances by any rhythm section EVER! DCT went on to do many great performances, but nothing will ever top him on this song. He was incredible live at Woodstock on this tune.
