The lyrics of Bob Fitts's song, "I Will Magnify," are a declaration of praise and worship towards God, acknowledging Him as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, who reigns in majesty as the omnipotent creator of all things. This song expresses the deep reverence and respect Christians have towards God, valuing Him as the ultimate authority and ruler of the world. The repetition of the phrases "I will magnify" and "I will exalt you" emphasizes the high regard in which God is held and the desire to glorify Him with all of our being.
The mention of God's power and creative abilities further emphasizes His greatness and the awe-inspiring nature of His works. The lyrics also recognize God as a loving father figure, guiding and providing for His children. The song ultimately serves as an invitation to all believers to join together and lift up the name of the Lord in unison, recognizing His greatness and expressing gratitude for all that He has done.
