Early in the Morning
Bobby Darin Lyrics
Well, you're gonna miss me
Early in the morning
One of these days, oh, yeah
Well, you're gonna want me
Early in the morning
When I'm away
Don't you know
Yes, you'll be sorry
You'll be sorry
For the time you lied
Well, you're gonna miss me
Early in the morning
One of these days, oh, yeah
Well, you know a rolling stone
Don't gather no moss
And your cross your bridge
When it's time to cross
Well, you broke my heart
When you said goodbye
Now the milk is spilt
But you're gonna cry
Yeah, early in the morning
You gonna know
That I was right
Ooh, yeah, yeah
Early in the morning
When there's nobody
To hold you tight, oh, oh
Well, you're gonna want me
Want me back
You're gonna miss
The best man you ever had
Yes, you're gonna miss me
You're gonna want me
One of these days
Oh, don't you know
Well, you're gonna want me
Want me back
You miss the best man you ever had
Well you're gonna miss me
You're gonna want me
One of these days
Oh, yeah
Early in the morning
Early in the morning
Early in the morning, yeah
Early in the morning

As a result of complications from a rheumatic heart, Bobby's life was tragically cut short in 1973.
Darin's mother, Vanina Cassotto, had given birth to him when she was 16, and as a result, her parents raised Darin as though he were there son while Vanina was presented off as his elder sister. Darin did not learn the truth about his parentage until he was 32.

Bobby Darin the under rated master of them all…. Even in Bobby's early years he had what others longed to have, warmth, depth of soul, depth of heart, emotion, sincerity, humility, most of all, the strongest desire to entertain his audience and to make people feel happy…. Bobby achieved what he set out to do from those every early days right through to the end of his life…. Bobby has left behind this huge body of work that we his fans can continue to enjoy and all the new fans that have come to know and love Bobby Darin's music too….. He managed to teach many life lessons throughout his life time and still does even today….. Bobby had it all, he did it all and then some to top it all off….. Bobby's life was cut short, he was only thirty seven and a half years old when he passed December 20th, 1973, a day I shall never forget as long as I breath….. In my book Bobby Darin is the greatest of them all by far and he left so many others in his wake….. Bobby Darin still remains my hero, thank you Bobby.
BOBBY DARIN, WHAT A LEGEND! WHAT A LEGACY! WHAT AN INSPIRATION HE WASAND IS TO MANY, MANY NEW ARTISTS THAT HAVE STARTED IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS….
There has never been another the likes of Bobby Darin's talents nor will there ever be for he is the one and only, the one of a kind human being with his God gifted talents that set out to thrill the world over…. WO!!! Bobby did this brilliantly in Bobby Darin style to perfection never leaving out the smallest detail, giving 1,000 percent each and every time no matter how his health was at the time of his performances……
YOU ARE REMEMBERED, NEVER BE FORGOTTEN, MISSED DAILY, LOVED DEARLY FOREVER MORE FAR BEYOND THE MOON AND THE STARS………

Without a doubt he was the best of all, he was able to turn any song into a masterpiece. You are always in my heart and thank you because even today your music and your songs brighten my days.

1958 was so wonderful a year with Mr. Darin and nobody knew he was the lead singer with the "Rinky- Dinks"! Fantastic tune and it charted for six months back in the day. Love it!
