to this song, which I have not
listened to for a
while, and noticed
your respectful
and insightful
comment. I also
left some comments on

God was handing
out the immortal

your father was among

Awesome song!

We rarely hear of what singers are
admired by other
notables in the recording industry, but it would be difficult to imagine any vocalist not admiring Bobby Lewis. There should be polls taken so we can find out, perhaps
through the publication of a book, perhaps titled: WHO DO ACCOMPLISHED
SINGERS ENJOY
LISTENING TO?

He is a wonderful man with a wonderful gift. He chose many nights to come home and be a father, not "network" And I will be forever grateful. I appreciate your support of him and just wanted to share his heart and sacrifice. I often think he would have been a bigger name we all know if he hadn't chosen and loved us the way he has. Be of course said he wouldn't have had it any other way.To me, the best entertainer ever!

A great song from the greatest note-hanger in the history of country music!
Barbara Harris
I now hear what you mean ''from the greatest note hanger in the history of country music'' how Bobby Lewis hangs on to the word PAIN you not only feel the cut like a knife the pain of the knife going in you feel the twist before the knife is slowly retracted, full three way hurt.
