According to Ken Emerson in "Always Magic In The Air" (a great book) Jimmy Witherspoon recorded "Real Ugly Woman" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmdyyFpbv8U) first, but it was released after this record. Maybe with lyrics like "She's 300 pounds of meat, she's my female Frankenstein" they preferred to not remember it.
