1. Robert Wilson (born February 27, 1980 in Jackson, Mississippi), was previously known by the stage name Bobby Valentino, but because of legal action, he is now officially known as Bobby V. He is an American R&B singer previously signed to Ludacris' label Disturbing Tha Peace. He released his self-titled debut album in 2005 and has since released 2007's Special Occassion and 2009's The Rebirth. He will release his fourth studio album, Fly On The Wall, sometime in 2010.
2. Bobby Valentino is a UK violinist/vocalist/songwriter/actor who began in the music business in 1975 as a member of the Fabulous Poodles. During a 30+ year career that includes time in London and Texas, he has played with the likes of Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Mike Oldfield, Nick Lowe, Billy Bragg, Mark Knopfler, Big Country and many, many more. He played the violin on and co-wrote the Bluebells hit “Young at Heart” and has appeared on Top of the Pops 17 times.
He has released 3 solo albums of his own songs: “You’re in the Groove, Jackson”(1991); You’re Tellimg Me”(1996) and “This is Murder”(2001). He is currently recording a fourth with a working title of “6 Foot 3”
He tours with a band called Los Pistoleros playing western swing. In looks, he has more than a passing resemblance to Clark Gwereable and has even been employed as a look-alike.

So, so true. And also love is about taking risks. The way my wife and I met was all God. We met on Facebook. Some how she stumbled upon my profile. She sent me a message “hello” of course I ignored it. A few days later she sent another message. “How are you?” I ignored it again. At the moment I was in a horrible relationship with a cheating partner. I was hurt, embarrassed, and felt so out of place. My then partner even told me how worthless and boring I was. She even stopped hiding the fact that she was cheating on me. At the moment I had no more fight left in me. She could’ve spat in my face at the time and gotten away with it. My friends and family were all telling me how dumb and stupid I was. See she had kids and even though she was walking all over me I couldn’t put her out because her kids never wronged me. I gave her time to move into a place. I endured the pain so that her kids wouldn’t be homeless. She finally moved out and I thought love was just on Television. I don’t know why but I went back to the Facebook message and finally responded to the “hello” and “ how are you?” She didn’t respond right away but after a few days she did. We traded messages for about a few weeks before I got up the nerves to ask for her number. She gave it to me. Remind you, I didn’t know what she looked like at all. She had no pictures of herself on her profile. I thought it was a catfish or a scam. I was so broken at the time it didn’t even matter to me. I just needed someone to talk to. We started talking on the phone, I vented to her and she listened. I noticed she had a heavy accent. I asked her where she was from. The Philippines she told me. My world was crushed because I thought theres no way I would ever meet her face to face. After a few months we stayed in touch with each other. Finally we started using face time and OMG the most beautiful woman I have ever seen next to my mother. I was already falling but once I was able to put a face with the personality I was head over heels. I had to try to check my feelings because she was about 6,000 miles away. She is exactly on the other side of the earth. I prayed and asked God for guidance and how he responded to me was “Time and distance was created by man, not me.” I told her that I was coming over to her country to visit her and her family. Remind you, Im a nobody from East Baltimore. I have never been anywhere outside of a few States. I have never flew on a plane in my life. It took me a year to save up for this long trip. I did it though. I got my passport, plane ticket and the courage to go somewhere that was foreign to me. I will never forget the day of my departure. My parents gave me a going away party. I felt as if I was going to the military. My mom was so uncomfortable because this was my first time leaving home and flying so far away. I felt it was something I needed to do. My parents dropped me off at the airport and I was so terrified. Mom wouldn’t stop crying, Dad was telling me to go and not worry about mom because he had her. He told me he loved me and not to look back and how proud he was. It was no turning back now, I checked in and I was finally at my gate waiting for boarding time. Walking onto a plane for the first time was life changing. I was scared. I played this song on my flight. Now I think about this story each time I hear this song. Before you knew it I was in the air, leaving everything behind that was familiar, everything that was normal, home. I landed in Minnesota, than took a flight to China, another flight to Manila than a flight to Gensan. A whole day and a half I was in the Philippines running up to the woman that made me see that love is real. I stayed there for a month, I proposed to her three weeks later on a private beach owned by Manny After getting permission from her father of course. Her parents are good friends with him. it was so hard to come back home.. I got back to America and did the paperwork to get her here, it took about two years but, it was worth the wait. I remember picking her up from the airport. We got married a few months later, six years later we are still in love and now have two baby girls. Love is real. Sorry for the long drawn out story. Im a story teller. Just wanted to show people that taking risks is a part of love.
