AT THE MILL MARCH - BOHUMIR KRYL & HIS BAND - Edison Blue Amberol: 1995 (1913) (Mold 1) (Reissue of Edison 4-minute Wax Amberol 822-2) Note: Sorry, this cylinder is very worn and it has a bad split at the beginning of the record. The plaster is missing from the inside of the cylinder where the split is so I poured some Elmer's Glue on the inside of the record over the split to stabilize the crack and let it dry. Thanks for watching and listening. Enjoy! By the way, this is the only cylinder I have of Bohumir Kryl of his band.

This is one of a batch of BAs that were dyed with a water based formula, rather than the usual acetone based dye, in 1913. The resulting records proved to wear very badly, so they went back to the old formula. Edison still sold off the back stock of these substandard cylinders, ordering that they should include 2 percent of them in every record shipment.

+Lucius1958 Wow! I didn't know that! Thanks for the info. Now I know what is wrong with my cylinder. This is the only one I have like this. I really like this cylinder. I am gonna hunt for a better copy! Edison should not of allowed for these bad cylinders to be released.
