1) Boikot is a Spanish left-wing punk/rock group.
The group started in 1987 singing in bars and private locals. After doing a pair of adjustments in the formation of the group they recorded two albums with the label Barrabas. They were themselves doing acquaintances playing in Madrid, until in the year 1995 they break with the seal Barrabás and they decide to start their own production business BKT. They launched two disks more, Cría Cuervos and Tu Condena, and they played in diverse festivals of rock as Festimad or Metaliko Rock. After this they decided to do a trilogy called La Ruta del Ché, that would be composed of three disks that count the history of Che Guevara and engravings while they were on tour in some countries as in Cuba, Mexico, or Argentina.
2) Polish punk-hard core group, sometimes spelled BOiKOT (in capital letters with small "i") that released few cassettes in early '90. Titles: "Stany odmiennosci", "Przeminal juz raj na ziemi"
Golpear de Pie
Boikot Lyrics

Es la impotencia, se veia venir.
Mientras banqueros, oligarcas y magnates
Roban al pobre, pobre de mí.
No debemos seguir, alimentando su avaricia,
Tendrán que pagar,
Tendrán que llorar.
Golpear de pie,
Nunca arrodillao,
Que somos muchos a tu lao.
Sin retroceder,
Pararé los pies,
Estamos tan llenos,
Vamos de rabia desbordaos.
Siento mil rabias por dentro,
Ya no hay futuro, no hay por venir.
Nos han robado y quitado el aliento,
Y coseguimos sobrevivir.
Pero siempre habrá un lugar donde luchar,
Recuperar la memoria,
La dignidad.
Golpear de pie,
Una y otra vez,
Nunca arrodillao,
Que somos muchos a tu lao.
Sin retroceder,
Pararé los pies,
Estamos tan llenos,
Vamos de rabia desbordaos.
Golpear de pie,
Una y otra vez,
Nunca arrodillao,
Que somos muchos a tu lao.
Sin retroceder,
Pararé los pies,
Estamos tan llenos,
Vamos de rabia desbordaos.
The lyrics of Boikot's song "Golpear de Pie" (Standing Up to Strike) convey a sense of anger and frustration towards those in power who exploit and oppress the poor. The song begins with the singer feeling out of breath and powerless, as they witness bankers, oligarchs, and magnates stealing from the poor. The chorus then urges listeners to stand up and fight back, never kneeling before those who exploit us. The lyrics also express a belief that while there may be no future or hope left, there is always somewhere to fight back and reclaim our dignity.
Overall, the song's message is one of resistance and solidarity in the face of oppression. It encourages listeners to stand up for themselves and each other, to never give up, and to keep fighting for a better future. Musically, "Golpear de Pie" is a fast-paced and energetic song that reflects the anger and urgency of its lyrics. The use of repetition in the chorus drives home the song's central message and invites listeners to join in the call to action.
