Déjame Recordar
Bola De Nieve Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
In Bola De Nieve's song Déjame Recordar, the singer reminisces about a lost love that has left a permanent mark on their life. He wonders who could possibly erase the memories of this love from their life and make them forget the pain and the passion that was once shared. The love he describes was made of both blood and pain, as it induced both tears and dreams, and ultimately gave them the strength to carry on. He mourns the loss of this once-vibrant love and asks to be allowed to remember the strong pulse of the heart that beats as it says goodbye, not knowing where it will go. He understands that this poverty-stricken love will never return, but he still wishes to keep its memory alive.
The lyrics of this song are deeply emotive and intimate, laying the foundation for an evocative interpretation. The singer brings the listener into a world where the memories of love may be all that’s left, and where the past wounds leave a deep impression that time can’t erase. The song invites the listener to reflect on the nature of loss and the passing of time, reminding us of the fleeting nature of love and memory, and the importance of cherishing them while we have them.
