Man is born, a pure and unfettered spirit enters the world. From the womb he is slowly infected by the worlds lies, misgivings, and heartaches. The more he learns about himself and his society, the sicker his soul becomes. Any attempts to escape the molds in place for him are swiftly put down by events containing catastrophic loss, reminding him of his place and of the larger context in which he exists. God, government, tradition, and the agents of culture ensure the death of his spirit is slow and gradual so as to be undetected. Man dies, having already been unknowingly reborn during a singular lifetime. Born into violence, greed, and deception, he has lived as a mercenary for the carnage that is this world.
