It's where I go when thoughts run slow
There's a place inside my mind
It's where I go to put
The thorns in my side
There's a place inside my head
It's where I go when thoughts run slow
And there's a place inside my mind
It's where I go to put
The thorns in my side
And we can work it out
I can work it out
Boys Life's song "Temporary" is a song about coping mechanism. It talks about the inner world that we all have created, a place where we retreat to whenever we feel overwhelmed by our thoughts and emotions. It's a place of solace, where one can create and control their thoughts and feelings.
