I believe he might, but he was ALWAYS nuts. His mom said he would have rages she couldn't stop, and he had explosive running power, (with the help of amphetamines, or SPEED back in the day, and then later coke and other stuff. So, the football injuries made him even worse. Also, he was stuck in Buffalo for most of his career, and that would make anybody mad! = )

Oh, and I forgot, he always had a HUGE HEAD, (nic called him 'large head',) and had to have helmets specially made for him, so something was always wrong with him.

It's a no-brainer (no pun intended) that OJ has CTE. What I actually think they should start doing now is studying those players who DON'T show signs of CTE to find out why they don't get it. I think all high-contact sports players' brains should be examined post-mortem, whether they had symptoms in life or not and those who have no signs of CTE looked into further to determine why.

I'm a hockey fan and I don't want any more Derek Boogaards. BUT does that mean if CTE drives person to commit criminal acts shouldn't be punished. Hell no! They need help, they get it in a controlled facility should they commit crimes.

so what if he has cte? if you commit double murder and armed robbery, you are a psychopath. ask yourself if you had this condition, wouldn't you still at least have a conscience? some ability to understand cause and effect? cte and other forms of mental illness may affect your life and behavior in many ways, but murder is definitely the act of a psychopath. robbery isn't too far behind.

That's not how cte works impaired judgement and violent mood changes alongside the right circumstances can easily cause somebody with cte to commit a violent handouts act they are too heated and impaired in their judgement in the moment

Not only that, this guy is referring to him like he is just some random doctor. No, that's Ben Omalu, the neuropathologist who discovered CTE.... He knows a thing or two about it.
