Señorita
Bratt Pack Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I'll show you what I got
Tricks ain't on top of my list
Don't try no outtie exit
Can it code 6 on my wrist

I'll tell you what I need
I need for you to look me on
I need some lovin' to go on
And make me smile again

Bridge:
If you like it like this
If you like it like that
Show me a sign
'Cause I can't read your mind

And if you feel me
Then let me know

Chorus:
Ooh let me know, let me know Senorita
Should I stay, should I go, should I leave ya?
When I feel ya, Senorita
You'll know exactly what I mean
Let me know, let me know Senorita
Should I stay, should I go, should I leave ya?
When I feel ya, Senorita
You'll know exactly what I mean

I'll tell you what you need
Sippin' margaritas in the sand
Relaxing is the main plan
So just give into me

No chance unless you see
What could be lost in a glance
No mambo dancing at the inn

Senorita, Mama sita
(Senorita, Mama sita)

Bridge//Chorus

Rap:
All the fellas just make some noise
And all the ladies just shake your toys
And if you feel it through your stereo
Now make some noise and let the rhythm go
And all the papi's just make some noise
Senoritas just shake your toys
And if you feel it through your stereo
Then make some noise and let the rhythm go

Senorita, Mama sita
(Senorita, Mama sita)

Chorus till fade

Overall Meaning

The Bratt Pack's song Senorita is a fun and upbeat track that is about a person trying to impress and win over their love interest. The opening line suggests that the person is confident and wants to show the other person what they have to offer. It's not about materialistic things or tricks, but rather about genuine love and affection. The line "can it code 6 on my wrist" could refer to the person's watch, which may symbolize their success or wealth, but the singer implies that it's not important in their pursuit of love.

The chorus is the actual question being asked, "Should I stay, should I go, should I leave ya?" The Senorita is the subject of the song, and the singer desperately wants her to let him know if she wants him to stay or leave. The rap interlude is simple but effective in that it encourages the listener to dance and enjoy the music while the singer continues to profess his love. In the end, the song's theme is clear: the singer wants to be with the Senorita, but he needs her to make the first move.

@Hatak38 He's actually a major promoter here in Montreal. He doesn't sing or anything anymore but he has a magazine. It must be pretty successful cus he has pics with new artists and stuff. One of my friends actually dated him last year. She completely forgot who he was till I showed her his video. I never got to meet him though :(
