Second of all, Wyatt may be fast for a guy his size, but he's also comparatively weak and easily fatigued, and his fighting style amounts to him doing little more than flop around like a stranded fish. Reigns, on the other hand, is fast, strong, and tough, and while he's not exactly skilled, his fighting style still amounts to him making every move he makes hurt like a football player-turned-warrior.
Third, the two of them have different types of ring psychology. Wyatt's is at its strongest before the match starts, while Reigns' comes to play during the match itself. Reigns requires you to pay more attention to the match than Wyatt does.
Now, I'm not saying Bray Wyatt is a terrible wrestler in general; I'm saying he's not any good in the way you think he is. The way I see him, 2015 will be his last year as a standalone character because Windham Rotunda could become the next Mick Foley. Think about it.

Every word out of Bray Wyatt's mouth is golden. Wyatt is always delivering out beautiful, charismatic, almost poetic promos and i like it. The WWE should make him compete in more matches. Bray Wyatt, without a doubt, is a future legend in the wrestling business. Bray is one of the few "magic” characters since the Attitude era ended.
