In "Hollow," Breathe Owl Breathe employs metaphorical language to convey the singer's state of detachment and disillusionment. The song embodies a theme of isolation but also a desire to escape from the source of the isolation. The first verse sets the tone for what would follow. It all starts with the imagery of the cold, which is meant to invoke a sense of emotional detachment. The owl is used as a symbol of freedom and the ability to move on. To breathe out chilling air whilst flying captures that sense in a powerful way. The singer is trying to find their way home but instead finds themselves in a place where they are alone, with nobody around to relate to. The description of the place being too dark and too empty shows the level of hopelessness that the singer is feeling. It is like being in a void, in a place where nothing good exists.
The singer then likens themselves to a field mouse, a nervous creature, which runs away at the slightest sense of danger. In this case, the danger comes from someone who represents a source of pain or conflict. The field mouse is not just trying to escape, but it's also trying to find a way to feel again. The detachment has made them numb, and they feel lost. The repetition of the line 'tryin to feel my way away from you' helps to reinforce the message that the singer is making a conscious effort to distance themselves from the person that is causing them so much grief.

It would have been epic if, just like with Voldemort, “emperor Belos” meant something related to “Philip” such as changing letters of place and placing other syllables

To be fair it does have an actual meaning, just one unrelated to Philip. "Belos" is the Greek version of the Babylonian god "Bel" which means Lord or Master (Also related to the Canaanite term Baal). Which makes a (presumably Puritan) witch hunter using the name even more ironic.

I think Belos is just meant to sound like "bellows" (y'know, that thing old timey people used to pump air into a forge or furnace or oven so the fire would burn hotter). Philip's identity/role as Emperor Belos is merely a tool intended to more efficiently kill witches.
