I agree about the screws and surely IKEA is a far better place for them then a piece of fine handcrafted furniture!; at least with regard to jointery.

Great video. It was a beautiful result; the complex angles, coupled with through tenons and wedges are an absolute highlight. Oh, and popping some little pieces of scrap plywood as a template around the tenons is a great idea… I’m definitely pinching that for a future project 😁
