1. An English band from the 1980s and 1990s.
2. An indie rock band from Canada,
1. Bros were an English boy band active in the late 1980s and early 1990s, consisting of the twin brothers Matt Goss and Luke Goss along with Craig Logan. They were managed by former Pet Shop Boys manager Tom Watkins, who it was rumoured was actually one of the main songwriters, working under the name "The Brothers" with other songwriters to give the impression that the Goss brothers were the actual writers of the early hits.
Their first single, I Owe You Nothing, was released in 1987 on CBS. The second, When Will I Be Famous reached number two in the United Kingdom. Their first album, Push, was released in 1988. The group achieved a total of 11 top 40 singles and three Top 40 albums in the United Kingdom, making them one of the biggest acts in British music between 1988 and 1993. They reached number one when "I Owe You Nothing" was re-issued in 1988. Consequently, they also sparked a fashion craze of attaching Grolsch bottle tops to their shoes.
Logan left the band in 1989, and the Goss brothers continued touring. A second album, The Time was released in 1989 followed by Changing Faces in 1991 before the band imploded in 1992, amid contractual and money issues.
Matt Goss started his solo career in 1995 and has enjoyed more top 40 success, especially after being one of the chefs on Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen (ITV). Luke Goss appeared in west end musicals throughout the 1990s and has also appeared in several movies since 2000, including Blade II, a 2004 TV version of Frankenstein as the creature, and he co-starred alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene Levy in The Man. He also recorded several singles himself, including "Sweeter Than The Midnight Rain" with his 'Band Of Thieves', and was briefly signed to One Little Indian records.
Craig Logan managed P!nk and in 2006 was put in charge of Sony BMG's RCA Records label group.

I'm a tortured man
Am I encased in this devil's plan?
I'm in pain
I've been rearranged
My conception of love is new
Why am I running
Too much love and I don't wanna lose it
I don't wanna lose it
Don't wanna be lonely like before
All that I wanna do is be madly in love with you
You
You
You
You
You
I don't wanna lose it
You
You
You
You
You
You
Escape
Escape from this tickertape
God
I'm underground
Oh yeah
A circle's been drwan
It's lonely dawn
Should I pencil in this emptiness?
The lesson I've learnt is don't run from it
So go with it !
Too much love and I don't wanna lose it
I don't wanna lose it
Don't wanna be lonely like before
All that I wanna do is be madly in love with you
You

The song "Too Much" by Bros is a soulful ballad about love, pain, and the fear of losing a cherished relationship. The opening lines describe the singer's mental state and his feelings of being tortured and encased in a devil's plan. There is a sense of disorientation and confusion, with the character expressing uncertainty about his place in the world and his understanding of love. The following lines suggest a recent change in his life "My conception of love is new" which might be why he is confused about what to do. The character seems to be running away from something, but it is unclear exactly what that is. He questions himself "Why am I running" and expresses a desire to keep the love he has found in his life "Too much love and I don't wanna lose it."
In the next section of the song, the character expresses a desire not to be alone again, and how he is only interested in being deeply in love. He repeats the word "You" multiple times. It almost feels like he is trying to convince himself that he only wants one person in his life. The bridge speaks of a painful loneliness that the character is experiencing, and he describes his feelings as being underground. The loneliness is shown as if the lead character is living a ciricle patterned life; it's the same pattern every day, nondescript of any purpose, and no meaning. He has learned a valuable lesson that the song highlights: running from feelings of loneliness or emptiness is not a permanent solution, and you should not ignore your feelings. You should learn to accept them and move forward. Finally, the song ends with the lead character repeating earlier lyrics expressing his fear of losing the love and wanting to be madly in love with "You."

Is it me or this track just infectiously brilliant? I just can't help but love it after 30 years!! It was all because I dreamt about seeing them in concert in my dream last night, lol! Still, Matt was my always my fav! I think he looked smoking hot back in the day....shame he has turned to botox, but he still has lovely eyes. At least Luke has managed to age a bit more gracefully. They're doing great for just over 50. Keep it up boys or should I say men. The 80s will always be the best music!

I never knew MG had botox/plastic surgery. I had noticed that he seemed to have brown instead of blonde hair (which is odd because a few grays/silvers would not have been noticed if he stayed blonde). Saw him sing Dec 2017 but was disappointed at the lacklustre performance for the overpriced ticket (plus Luke wasn't there). They had also overpriced their Bros shows earlier in the year and then cancelled them, so loads of the fans that I was sat amongst, were extremely annoyed at Matt Goss. The overpricing for the Christmas show, caused problems for other shows/venues, too (so I wasn't able to get tickets for them, as I had originally intended). Although, I am a fan I wouldn't pay the prices they have been charging over the last 3 years. The Vegas shows have reduced due to some of their fans providing better links, but I have not gone to them either (flights are too expensive and Matt performs on his own with a band/dance "act" and not even with Luke). I think both Matt and Luke looked good, but Luke has aged well. Fanpages on social media show Matt being quite silly and offensive with his comments and lack of apology, but maybe he and Luke just never wanted the reunion! It's a shame Craig wasn't involved in the whole reunion.
