His first influences were Papa San, then Bounty Killer, Elephant Man and Vybz Kartel.
"Hard work overcomes all difficulties. Put God first and jus' put out good music."
I got started in music at a tender age, it was from primary school but never took it serious until 2000 when I met Elephant man. I was introduced to him by a producer who was doing a production at the time and wanted me to write the song for him. After writing that song we become friends so I started going to the studio more often, I also did a song with him [Mentally ill] but I actually spent most of time writing for him.
I got my musical exposure touring with Ele; at first I start traveling to the caribbean because of course i didn't have a work permit, but that didn't take long for me to get so I travelled to the United States where I made an appearance on 106 and Park and also Bet Awards where I met a lot of intresting people like Janet Jackson, Pharell, Missy Elliot and the list goes on. I also went to Canada and Japan where I went on the Mtv awards. During this time I was also doing a few collaborations with Tornado, another local artist, songs included Soldering and Modella.
After five years I decided that I wanted to go on my own so I can actually persue my career. I stop travelling with Elephant man and decided to do my own thing. I started working on my own projects such as Meditation and Journeys.
At present I am working with Daseca, a production trio that is deeply interested in my music and started to produce a couple of exclusive tracks for me. I recently shot a video for my new single "What I'm gonna do" which was also directed by Julia Braham. Keep an eye out for Bugle.
Blessed love,

Bugle's song Don't Blame Life is a powerful message to listeners not to blame their troubles on life, but rather on the choices they make and the people they surround themselves with. Bugle calls on listeners to take responsibility for their lives and to focus on making positive choices. He reminds listeners that Father God is always awake and never makes mistakes, so blaming life for one's problems is fruitless. Instead, blame should be directed toward fake friends who surround individuals with negativity and cause harm. Bugle emphasizes the importance of believing in God, staying ahead in the game, and promoting peace over violence.
One interesting fact about Don't Blame Life is that it was released in 2014 on the album Anointed, which was nominated for Best Reggae Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards. The song received critical acclaim for its strong message and powerful lyrics. Bugle is known for his socially conscious and politically charged music, and Don't Blame Life is no exception.
Another interesting fact is that the song was produced by Notice Productions, which has worked with other popular reggae artists such as Jah Cure and Konshens. Notice Productions is known for its innovation in the reggae genre and for producing hits that stand the test of time.
Bugle's Don't Blame Life was also featured on the soundtrack of the 2015 Jamaican film Destiny, directed by Jeremy Whittaker. The film tells the story of a young girl's journey to connect with her Rastafarian roots and features music by some of Jamaica's most popular reggae artists.
The chord progression of Don't Blame Life is a simple but effective one, with a prominent guitar riff that creates a steady rhythm throughout the song. The chords used in the song are likely to be a combination of E minor, C, G, and D, which are commonly used in reggae music.
