Emmanuel
Bukas Palad Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Isang dalaga'y maglilihi
Batang lalaki ang sanggol
Tatawagin Siyang Emanuel
Emanuel

Isang dalaga'y maglilihi
Batang lalaki ang sanggol
Tatawagin Siyang Emanuel
Emanuel

Magalak isinilang ang Poon
Sa sabsaban Siya'y nakahimlay
Nagpahayag ang mga anghel
"Luwalhati sa Diyos!"

Isang dalaga'y maglilihi
Batang lalaki ang sanggol
Tatawagin Siyang Emanuel
Emanuel

Isang dalaga'y maglilihi
Batang lalaki ang sanggol
Tatawagin Siyang Emanuel
Emanuel

Isang dalaga'y maglilihi
Batang lalaki ang sanggol
Tatawagin Siyang Emanuel
Emanuel

Kahuluga'y "Nasa atin ang Diyos!"

"Nasa atin ang Diyos!"
"Nasa atin ang Diyos!"

Ang Ganda Ng song so solemn ito Yung kinakanta pagkatapos Ng simbang gabi mass

@myreyniedays

I've always love this song and while I was pregnant with my first born it has become my lullaby every night while singing along for the baby who was still in my tummy.. and so I end up naming my son Emmanuel.. Being pregnant while in the middle of pandemic was not easy but it gave us hope and it also reminded us that God is really with us.. Our Emmanuel was born last November 28, 2021 and now I sing this song to him as a lullaby.. 🥰

Simula noong napakinggan ko ang kantang 'to sa simbang gabi sa aming parish, Sta. Maria Della Strada, lagi ko na syang inaabangan tuwing Misa De Gallo. Salamat sa Banal na Pamilya!

i just listen it today in Misa de Gallo and the version of the choir in that church is so amazing. It was like harana version they just played it like in a acoustic version and I'm so touch.
