He also tries to reference how poor he was at the time, given that he was only dreaming of buying a sedan Toyota Corrolla, but a couple of years on, he got himself a Ferrari 458, which he crashed in Lagos in February 2022, as if to say, no matter your achievement or lack of, your feelings are always going to be swinging like a rollercoaster (jangolova).

This song depicts the different shades and kinds of feelings you experience while going through a heartbreak. The lows, the highs, the blames, self-loathing and self-praising and he is saying that what he needs to numb the feeling is drinks and weeds.

In the second verse, he compares his current feeling to the time when he bought his first car and at same time lost a dear friend. He was very heartbroken by the loss of his friend and at same time, high on his car. He also compared when he crashed by Ferrari but also miraculously came out alive/unhurt. He was sad he lost his Ferrari but happy he is alive.
So, the hurt you feel when you lose the love of your life but at same time you know it was also best for both of you. You are hurt and glad at same time.
