Burning Sensations lone self-titled LP was produced in 1983 on Capitol/EMI Records and was produced by Tim McGovern and David Jerden.

Burning Sensations included:
Tim McGovern - lead vocals, guitar synthesizers
Rob Rio Hasik - bass, guitar, synth
Barry "The Hatchet" Wisdom - Drums
Morley Bartnof - keyboards, backing vocals
Jeff Hollie - saxophones, backing vocals
Michael Temple - hand-drums-timbales, percussion.

The Burning Sensations are also a 1990s punk rock band. The Burning Sensations only released one EP titled "Cuzima".

I bought their EP and then self-titled LP when it came out. Their sound was different from other bands I listened to and I liked it very much. I wish they had put out more, but some bands just don't get traction with the listening audience and drop off the map. Good video from the early days of MTV (when they still did music videos).

This is Tim McGovern of The Motels fame before they got famous. He currently has a band in Bremerton, Washington called Knucklehead. My fellow musician and best friend plays drums with him.
