A plea to pause and take a moment to regroup.

Feeling stuck and unable to move forward.

Life is like a war, and one must be prepared to fight every day.

Feeling suffocated, lost and overwhelmed.

Physical pain only adds to the emotional pain, and the struggle becomes unbearable.

Staying vigilant and ready for opportunity, even if it has not yet presented itself.

Preparing for a future that is uncertain and unknown, which is scary and not enjoyable.

Feeling like one cannot express themselves or communicate their struggles to others.

Feeling emotionally numb and unable to express oneself verbally.

Feeling foolish and helpless, calling for a pause to regroup and regain composure.

The constant struggle persists, never truly ending.

The reason I just can’t move on
The struggles are preventing one from moving forward and healing.
