When I bit off more than I could chew
I took on challenges that were beyond my capabilities

But through it all, when there was doubt
Despite the doubt, I persevered

I faced it all and I stood tall
I met every challenge and emerged victorious

And did it my way
And every victory was accomplished on my own terms

I've loved, I've laughed and cried
I've experienced the full spectrum of emotions

Had my fill, my share of losing
I've also known loss and defeat

And now, as tears subside
Now, however, those times of sadness are behind me

I find it all so amusing
I look back on it all with amusement now

To think I did all that
It's amazing to consider that I accomplished so much
