Our work caught the Hungarian Metal media's attention right from the very first demo and praising articles and concert reviews showed up soon. What we lack technically, we compensate with whole-hearted enthusiasm for music, and it wins everybody over. As years went by, C.D.T. became the symbol of DIY in Hungary.
C.D.T. (self-)released 4 albums in Hungary, and the last 2 helped us to achieve reputation in our home country – the last one „Incarnation” received quite positive reviews from abroad, too.
Despite the warm welcoming the latest albums had, the main strength of Cadaveres de Tortugas will always be the live performances. Our band supported well-known bands like D.R.I., G.B.H., Integrity, Fury Of Five, Cro-Mags, Misfits, Death Angel, Soulfly and Slayer. Beside many successful tours across Hungary we had some abroad sets, too (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Benelux).
In August-September 2004 our 5th album, entitled “Versus”, was recorded. This time we used more melody to make our harsh music more colorful and complete, but the most important component still is energy.
Now, we’d like to reach a wider audience with our music, so we are looking for a company who could handle our music the right way and could be the right partner in crime.

Dial 666
Cadaveres De Tortugas Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
All alone in the hall of shame
Don't ever want to be
The one who I have to be
Don't wake 'em up inside me
Don't let 'em out of me
If you want to taste how I feel
Use it but never get used to it
If you get used to
You will be used by
(Dial my number)
(Dial the number of fear)
Enjoy with me these uncertain moments
Of life - come and turn into nonsense
Step out of body through your mind-borders
Feed carefully my inner sleeping monsters
The lyrics of Cadaveres De Tortugas's song Dial 666 talks about how the singer feels like he is not the same and alone in the hall of shame. He doesn't want to be the person he is and fears he may lose control of his inner demons. The singer warns the listener to never let their fears control them and that if they want to understand how he feels, they can dial the number of fear, but never get too comfortable with it because they will lose themselves.
The song urges people to confront and embrace their inner demons and fears but at the same time warns them of the dangers of letting these fears consume them. The singer encourages the listener to enjoy the uncertainty of life but also to be cautious and aware of their own mental and emotional state. The song also alludes to the idea that stepping out of the body through the mind border can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself and the world around them.
