Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Caramba's song "Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot" are nonsensical and do not have a clear meaning. The repetitive use of "hubba hubba zoot zoot," "deba uba zat zat," and "a-hoorepa hoorepa a-huh-hoorepa a-num num" seem to suggest that the song is meant to be a fun and catchy dance tune. The use of made-up words and sounds adds to the song's playful and light-hearted tone.

The song's lyrics are reminiscent of the 1960s novelty music genre, which often featured nonsensical lyrics and catchy rhythms. The use of repetitive lyrics and sounds was a common feature of novelty music, and "Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot" fits in with this tradition.

Despite its silly lyrics, "Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot" has become a popular song and is often played at parties and events. Its upbeat tempo and catchy melody make it a fun song to dance to, and its nonsensical lyrics add to its charm and playfulness.

Lol....."Caramba" is a mix of Swedish artists who made a whole album back in the 80ths...the members of the band is still a secret, but one of them was Björn Skifs who had a hit with "Hooked on a feeling" :)

@r.a.hassel8006

John Heinz just retired from his latest radio gig WCCO talk radio after 40 years in the radio business here in the Twin Cities, and guess what his send off song was? Yep, Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot.

@Vinterfrid

@@bjornnylander8754 No, that is not true at all - the only singers are Michael B. Trewtow himself and Ted Gärdestad.
