During the next two decades Carman changed the face of Christian music and evolved contemporary evangelism into what it is today. Carman established "Carman World Outreach," a non-profit organization that helps touch the lives of literally millions of people worldwide. Billboard Magazine recognized Carman's influence in Christian music by first naming him "Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year" in 1990. He has received numerous gold and platinum albums and videos. Even with all this success, the heartbeat of this Champion for Christ continues to beat strong for the souls of people who need Jesus. As an outflow of this passion, Carman had more than 50,000 people attend his "Music for Peace" crusade in Johannesburg, South Africa. These numbers topped the charts as his largest concert crusade ever, until more than 70,000 people packed the legendary Texas Stadium, making it the largest Christian concert in history.
For over 26 years, Carman has entertained, encouraged and preached the Gospel to millions-crossing denominational, cultural and ethnic lines. During this time, he has never compromised the call to take the Gospel to every person.
Carman died on February 16, 2021 (28 days after his 65th birthday) in a Las Vegas hospital, after a series of complications resulting from surgery to repair a hiatal hernia. He was survived by his ex-wife, five stepchildren and ten step-grandchildren.

Story about my Jesus, Amen, Amen
See the little baby, lyin' in the manger
On Christmas morning, Amen, Amen
I can see Him by the seashore, talkin' to those fishermen
He was talkin' them disciples, Amen, Amen
Now He's ridin' through Jerusalem
In pomp and slendor, Amen, Amen
I can see Him in the garden, prayin' to His Father
In deepest sorrow, Amen, Amen, Amen
Led before Pilate, His time had come to die
The crowds began to chant
Let Him be crucified
They nailed Him to a cross
"It is finished," he had said
Then in a borrowed tomb
The Lamb of God lay dead
But then early Sunday mornin'
I said early Sunday mornin'
Just before the sun came over the eastern sky
The trees began to rattle and the birds began to fly
And the earth started to rumble and the stone was rolled away
Then Jesus Christ, the Son of God
He arose, He arose, He arose
He walked alive out of the grave
And everybody said
Somebody praise Him, say
Say it over now, Amen, Amen
Lift your voice and sing
It's a celebration, it's the resurrection
Amen, Amen, Oh yeah
Give Him glory, God is worthy, Amen
He's alive, He's alive
And He's worthy to be praised, Amen
In “Amen,” Carman takes listeners on a journey through the life of Jesus Christ. The song starts with the joyous announcement of his birth, with the image of a baby lying in the manger on Christmas morning. From there, Carman brings to mind various events in Christ’s life, such as his time ministering to the fishermen by the seashore and his triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
However, the song takes a turn as Carman recounts the sorrowful events leading up to Christ’s crucifixion, with lyrics describing his anguish in the garden and his capture by the authorities. The listener is brought to the heart-wrenching scene of his crucifixion, with the crowds chanting for him to be put to death. The song emphasizes Christ’s words “It is finished,” which marked the end of his suffering.
The mood shifts once again as Carman sings of the miraculous resurrection. He describes the earth rumbling and the stone being rolled away from the tomb, leading to Christ walking out alive. “Amen” is a powerful and emotional song that captures the life and message of Jesus Christ.

JOHN 8:24 (FATHER HOLY JESUS IS GOD HIMSELF)
24 I SAID THEREFORE UNTO YOU, THAT YE SHALL DIE IN YOUR SINS:
FOR IF YE BELIEVE NOT THAT I AM HE, YE SHALL DIE IN YOUR SINS.
Men & brethren what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. FOR THIS PROMISE IS UNTO YOU & YOUR CHILDREN AND ALL THAT ARE AFAR OF,EVEN AS MANY AS THE LORD OUR GOD SHALL CALL.
JOHN 8:24
24 Por eso os dije que moriréis en vuestros pecados:
porque si no creyereis que yo soy, en vuestros pecados moriréis.
HECHOS - A C T S 2:38- 40
