Early life
Carole was born in Beirut, Lebanon on 25 July 1972 to Antoine Samaha of Kenshara and Nouhad Hawi of Dhour Choeuir. Carole grew up with her parents, having only one dream since childhood, being on stage.
Carole says she used to ignore her studies in order to attend movies and plays behind her parents' back. She started her career as an actress in the theatre as well as television.
Theatre

Musicals era - present
Ever since she introduced herself to Mansour Rahbani, one of the biggest Lebanese and Arab composers, she experienced a turning point in her career as she shifted from Drama to Musical theatre, in a few years she achieved a huge success in female leading roles.
Carole today is considered to be a whole artist by the Arab Media.

In "Ehssas" (Feeling), Carole Samaha sings about a relationship that has ended, and the pain and regret that come with it. The lyrics open with a plea: "Come back and ask about me, by God, you've done so much good for me. Who else but you thinks of me as a child, and only you can comfort me?" The singer acknowledges the kindness and care her former partner has shown her, but also seems frustrated by his lack of empathy.
The chorus repeats the request that the partner inquire after her, but the singer also asserts her independence and strength: "My heart, which bore your injustice, is being asked to comfort you. Not this time, with your permission, I will not weaken. Your home, which you have built up, you have also destroyed. Your love has hurt it many times, and split it in two. And your name, which used to mean something to me, I have now erased it from my life. Enough, oh enough."
The second verse continues this theme, with the singer expressing regret for letting a "big feeling" slip away from her, and hoping that her ex-partner is successful in the path he has chosen. She also criticizes his attitude, saying he only values things when he loses them.
Overall, "Ehssas" is a song about a painful breakup and the conflicting emotions that come with it - gratitude for what was good, anger at what was bad, and ultimately a resolve to move on.
