It was recreational, boys girls--everybody would get into it. That planted the seeds.." He grew up listening to Outkast, UGK, Jay-Z, 3-6 Mafia, Nelly, 2pac. Watching Houston rappers like Chamillionaire and Slim Thug before they were famous, he saw them grow from start to now. Tell the man at the ticket stand that you've changed your mind
Well let me run on out and tell the cab to keep his meter flying
Cause if you say goodbye to me babe you're gonna break my mind
Break my mind
Break my mind
Well I just can't stand to hear the big jet engines whine
Break my mind oh lord
Well if you leave you're gonna leave a babbling fool behind
Baby oh baby
Well let me take your suitcase off of that scale in time
Just tell the man that you suddenly developed a thing about high flying
Cause if you say goodbye to me you know you're gonna break my mind
Break my mind
Break my mind
Well I just can't stand to hear the big jet engines whine
Break my mind
Break my mind oh lord
Well if you leave you're gonna leave a babbling fool behind
Break my mind
Break my mind
Well I just can't stand to hear the big jet engines whine
Break my mind
Break my mind oh lord
Well if you leave you're gonna leave a babbling fool behind
Well if you leave you're gonna leave a babbling fool behind

The chorus of the song is a plea from the singer not to leave him. He cannot bear the sound of the big jet engines, which symbolize the distance between him and his lover. He asks her not to break his mind, but if she leaves, she will leave a babbling fool behind. The singer then offers to take her suitcase off the scale and tells her to tell the man at the airport that she suddenly developed a fear of flying. He will do anything to convince her to stay.
