He starts his day feeling gloomy and hopeless, just like he did yesterday.

And he wonders when the rain will end.
He hopes that the negative emotions he is feeling will go away soon, just like how rain does not last forever.

She'll act like she don't care,
The person he cares about appears to not have any interest in him or his feelings.

'cause to her it's just a game that he plays.
To her, their relationship/his emotions are just a game that she does not take seriously.

I'm a super, I'm a nothing,
He feels like he has two identities: one where he is on top of the world and another where he is nothing at all.

I'm a no one, going nowhere fast
He feels like his life is going nowhere and he is not making any progress towards his goals.

But I don't care.
Despite feeling like a 'super' and a 'nothing', he does not care about his own status and just wants to move on.

All the times he said he would
In the past, he made some promises that he may not have been able to keep.

She never really understood
The person he cares about may not have understood or recognized the weight of the promises he has made.

What he said or what he meant
The person he cares about may not have taken the time to understand his true intentions and the meaning behind his words.

He won't forget what wasn't said
He will remember the words or actions that were missing in their relationship- the things that he needed, but did not receive.

He'll find himself alone standing in the rain.
As a result of their troubles, he may end up feeling lonely and hopeless, as if he is standing in the pouring rain by himself.
