(Fight!)
(Fight!)

Get back up, what are you waiting for this time?
I'm over playing with this plight
But I'm still handcuffed, ball-gagged, face down to the floor
And I'm waiting while I'm hating what I'm waiting for
It's time to take a hold of what belongs to me
It's time to walk away with no apologies
These voices in the mirror start quietly
And now they're screaming back at me

(Don't back down)
Holding on until my hands and mind are bleeding
(Don't back down)
This is my birthright
(Don't back down)
I'm so sick of feeling like I'm helpless
(Don't back down)
This is over tonight

Don't back up, your ass is to the wall again and
Aren't you sick of wasting so much time?
And yes it's true you're a fool if you think you were born
To be waiting while you're hating what you're waiting for

It's time to take a hold of what belongs to me
It's time to walk away with no apologies
These voices in the mirror start quietly
And now they're screaming back at me

(Don't back down)
Holding on until my hands and mind are bleeding
(Don't back down)
This is my birthright
(Don't back down)
I'm so sick of feeling like I'm helpless
(Don't back down)
This is over tonight

How could have I been so earthbound
With my heart in the depths and my face in the ground?
It's time to uproot myself and move on

How could have I been making sound
When my mouth and my lungs had both fused to the ground?
It's time to uproot myself and move on

The voices in my head have all begun to sing
(The voices in your head have all begun to sing)
And they sure as hell hope I am listening
(I sure as hell hope you are listening)

It's time to take a hold of what belongs to me
It's time to walk away with no apologies
These voices in the mirror start quietly
And now they're screaming back at me

(Don't back down)
Holding on until my hands and mind are bleeding
(Don't back down)
This is my birthright
(Don't back down)
I'm so sick of feeling like I'm helpless
(Don't back down)
This is over tonight

Over tonight, this is over tonight
Tonight

Only Klayton can make a beta version that is not worse than the final version.

I'm going to repeat it once again: Klayton's vocals are so pleasant to listen to. His voice is a treasure value of which he may not even be fully aware of.

CraftyKillerAlienRobot

The really sad part is, he said in a Q&A video, an episode of Ask Klayton (formerly named Ask CellDweller), that he really doesn't like hearing and listening to his own singing voice. It's really unfortunate to hear, and I feel very sad and sorry for him because of this fact, which is not all that uncommon for many musicians or music artists who sing.

Two Wolves HighFiving

@CraftyKillerAlienRobot i think it's like shallow hale or whatever the movie is called with jack black in it. He sees a beautiful slim woman and in reality she's rather large and such.

Some people have a dysphoric perspective on themselves in different ways.

Of course these subjects are more subjective in a sense. Like beauty and the sounds someone finds pleasant. In my opinion klayton has a great voice in most songs. I'll admit there's a few times in songs, where the pitch of his voice sounds like he's trying to hard to express emotions and it comes off cringe in my opinion. No one is perfect though. He creates amazing music and has a good singing voice and I love listening to him.

Spartan War118

Just my opinion/preference, but i don't like how his voice sounds in this track
It sounds a little too generic/pop-y for my liking
I liked the more whisper-like sound he had in the self-titled album
The instrumentals are still killer, though!
