As influenced by her mother who was a ballerina, Mina started learning ballet, piano & violin at a young age. She lived in South Korea until she was 3 years old, and after that spent her childhood visiting South Korea, Japan and the USA. She entered a Japanese elementary school, but was bullied for not being fluent in Japanese. In elementary school she started writing lyrics, and in high school she started composing seriously.
Initially, she dreamed about working in South Korea, but ended up staying and working in Japan since her Japanese rapper friends did not want her to leave. She applied for the 9th tournament of "BAZOOKA!!! High School Student RAP Championship" (BAZOOKA!!! 高校生RAP選手権), where high school students compete at freestyle rapping. She ended up losing on the 2nd round.
On April 18th, 2016, she released her debut single "Mirror", which topped the iTunes Store hip-hop ranking. On August 31st on the same year, she announced her second single "Princess".

In 1998, Chanmina (Mina Otomonai) was born in Korea from a Japanese father and a Korean mother. she was learning ballet, piano, violin etc from 3 years old due to the influence of her mother who worked as a balleriner, and at that time she was already aiming for debut pursuing the dream of the singer.
At that time she was mainly listening to classical music, Chanmina said "I was a well-behaved child" . She lived in South Korea until 3 years old, and after that she spent her childhood in Korea, Japan and USA. After getting into a primary school in Japan, the music and video of BIGBANG's "Haru Haru" was seen in the room which had a strong impression that made her feel like watching a movie.
Since then she quit the piano and ballet and started learning hip hop dance. She was into hip-hop music such as Will I Am, Keith Ape.
When she was in fifth grade, she sang a song at the dance presentation. It was her first experience of singing a song in front of people, but she recall "I wasn’t able to enjoy showing my stage but it was a stage where regret was left.”
Starting lyrics from elementary school, and she began full-scale composition when she was in high school. Rap first entered from imitation and practiced at karaoke boxes and at home.
All that she used for practice was BIGBANG's song. She was obsessed with singing especially rap parts.
In high school, her first rap was a self-introduction song.

I haven't seen anyone address this as the message but I feel like this is what Chanmina is saying: The era we are currently in is saturated with so much information, so much need for individuality, so much need for self-righteousness; that we are slowly losing our fresh and creative spirits, becoming numb and artificial. Everything she consumes has "no flavor, no feelings". Everything has been used. Any real creativity, originality, or innovation has dried up. Her inspiration is what's dying.
Let's look at the overall environment of the music video. It's an imitation of stereotypical J-pop. A wacky, vibrant, pastel, "kawaii" environment.. It could easily be compared to Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. It's a world full of "aesthetically pleasing" things. Flowers, cacti, randomly placed pastel decor, candy, iconic dances. Things that have no real importance to the meaning but are nice to look at. In other words, a filler or distraction. Note that Chanmina's other music videos have a darker, more serious tone while Doctor is a complete contrast. ALSO note, the use of "niki niki”(not sure?), “pichi pichi (fresh, lively) “kira kira (sparkle, sparkle) which are Japanese onomatopoeias. Again, to mock stereotypical “kawaii” J-pop.
In the video, Chanmina comes in while browsing through Instagram and taking selfies. Even one of the nurses appears to be on a phone and a custodian is full-faced into a magazine, rather than working. She then points out that everyone and everything is the same. Models all look the same, which at first glance is a reference to plastic surgery. It may also mean they all act the same, as well. The music industry in Asia has very strict expectations not only in beauty but also with what they say and what they do. It's a cookie-cutter industry for beauty and personality standards. This could very well be said for pretty much every media industry.
When Chanmina throws the basketball at the TV, it changes to a channel where a soccer player is rolling on the ground in pain from an injured leg. All the "models" fall to the ground and start imitating the soccer player. This could be a case of "monkey see, monkey do". People are so influential to the point where they'll imitate anyone, even those truly in pain, for attention.
Chanmina says "Everyone hates what's 'normal' but 'normal' is the norm". This could mean everyone wants to be "unique" nowadays but "unique" is what's normal now, ironically. She's tired of hearing and seeing "new and unique" trends that are just already-digested, no flavor repeats of the same things over and over again.
Chanmina is then with the doctor. He then changes into Chanmina, hypnotizing real Chanmina. Not sure what this could mean... maybe how people self-diagnose themselves rather than getting real help? Notice the purple substance on doctor Chanminas mouth (?). This looks to be the same purple goop that was in the title shot at the beginning of the MV.
"Everybody lies on Twitter, everyone is a self-proclaimed hero, I'm sick of those keyboard villains everyday". She is pointing out the trolls, keyboard warriors, and bullies of the internet. Inflated egos are a huge problem on social media. A lot of people can't take constructive criticism or opposing opinions.
At the very end, it shows that even the doctor was artificial. Further adding to her point that everything is forced and hollow. The help someone may get, no matter where it comes from, can be fake. Leading them deeper into a disingenuous, regurgitated, ever-slowly dying culture. Everything is now "bliss" again for Chanmina and she can go back to posting about what she just ate and being sponsored by Morphe. WASH, RINSE, REPEAT.
