In 2010, Channel Zero made a widely noted comeback. At the request of fans, they played six reunion concerts in Brussels which quickly sold-out. They also released a new single. They are also scheduled to play at Graspop Metal Meeting (Dessel). In January 2010, Channel Zero features a slightly different line-up: Mikey Doling (ex-Soulfly, ex-SNOT) replaces Xavier Carion on lead guitar, since the latter suffers from ear damage.

The darkness inside us is hidden everywhere
There's somethin' yeah somethin' that I want from you tonight
The devil's alive so be my victim all right
Nobody's wasted after all
Nobody's wasted you gotta speak to your soul
You tried to break me by using your force
There's somethin' yeah somethin' I wanna say to you
It's ridiculous to think and act as you do.
Nobody's wasted after all
Nobody's wasted you gotta speak to your soul
Nobody's wasted your losin' control
It's hard to compromise
It's so damn hard to prove the lies
It's hard to compromise when you stand alone in here
How can you fight against the ignorance
Another day is another dance
How can you fight against the ignorance
When you stand alone in here
You gotta keep searching for answers that you need
And when you find them you only have to read
There's somethin' yeah somethin' you don't need me to deny
You always had a chance until the day you died.
In Channel Zero's song Wasted, the lyrics describe the struggles of life and the perseverance required to overcome them. The first verse acknowledges that although life may seem hopeless at times, there is still enough hope to share. The darkness that resides within every individual is also recognized, as it is "hidden everywhere." The second verse expresses a desire for something from someone, most likely a partner or lover, and describes the devil's presence, inviting the listener to be their victim.
The chorus reassures the listener that "nobody's wasted after all" and that they need to speak to their soul and regain control. The third verse references being scared of making bad decisions and betting on the wrong horse, possibly alluding to a metaphorical race or gamble in life. The singer has been used and abused by someone who tried to break them with force, but they still have something to say to that person.
The lyrics continue to emphasize the need for individuals to find their own answers and to keep searching for them. Even when confronted with ignorance and standing alone, it's important to fight and dance another day. The song concludes by reminding the listener that they always had a chance until the day they died, urging them to take advantage of that opportunity.
