I never dreamed I'd be making music for a living. I started out writing poetry and it turned into what it is now. Like anyone else who has walked a day in this crazy world, I have been through a lot to get to where I am at. I won't get into all that but what I will say is that God has blessed me with a gift to take everything I have been through, bottle it up inside my mind and then put it on paper. I think anyone that actually listens to the lyrics of my songs will understand who I am, what I've been through and what I am about. I can't express how appreciative I am to have the family, friends and fans that I do. Without yall I'm just another guy with a microphone. So, Thanks!

If you don't help others when you have the chance, you might one day regret it and be left questioning why you didn't step up. I worry about my son struggling in the same way

I see myself in my son's behavior, and I worry that I will face consequences for how I raised him when a police officer brings him in and asks him to explain his actions

My dad lived in Mississippi for 21 years and then moved to Arkansas before I was born and he always said he wanted to go back to Mississippi and I played him this song and I think it really hit he’s soft spot

A few years ago I dropped mainstream and old school hip hop from my playlist because to me it all sounded the same. I started listening to a lot more country music and being from where I'm from it isn't somthin you see everyday. I was looking for something new and found country rap or hick hop whatever you want to call it and I enjoy it a hell of a lot better even if my friends give me shit for it. I love music that speaks to me. Makes me miss home more and more every time I listen to this song
