Gentle little songs with sensitive whispery vocals. We asked the boy behind the counter what it was. That boy was songwriter Christopher Sander and the wonderful music was by his very own; Chasing Dorotea.

In the autumn of 2001 Christopher Sander gathered a bunch of friends to join Chasing Dorotea, started playing live in Sweden and, most importantly, recorded this wonderful self titled album.

Some people have compared him to Nick Drake, Red House Painters and Belle & Sebastian. And Christopher Sander certainly has the same obvious talent for letting emotions go straight from guitar and vocals to heart of the listener. Expect this songwriter to stick around for a good time."

I've heard every CBB episode, but doing these videos, I often hear characters I'd forgotten. Frank was one of those for me and Lauren is so funny doing him. I'm surprised he hasn't appeared more. I'm glad you like the videos. Enjoy!

Glad to hear it. Would you believe my sixth lockdown (state of Victoria, Australia) started 18 minutes ago? Half the country is in lockdown. It's like a year ago (when we were also locked down, I think #2), so these videos have helped get ME through it too.

Yes, I often think of stoners enjoying these. Actually, I often think it's stoners performing these. If so, the trend does not stop with the middle man, which will go a long way to explain some of the weirder images I sometimes include. The one I am working on at the moment has a gift-wrapped bullet. Often the next morning I wonder what I was thinking. Sometimes I remove the crazier stuff, but I usually leave that shit in, thinking if no one else appreciates it, the stoners will.
