Having achieved airplay success straight off the bat, the 18 year-old is wasting no time flirting on the fringe of what her first single elicited. Celebrated singer-songwriter Andre Scheepers, along with multi-SAMA-winning producer Crighton Goodwill, signed up to assist in casting a solid foundation or one of 2012’s most exciting debut albums.
Her second single “Walking Away” showcases another side of Chianosky’s diverse musical inspiration. From pop sensibility to beautiful ballad, each of the more than 10 tracks that will make up her soon-to-be-released EMI MUSIC debut album is fast becoming one of the year’s most anticipated debuts.
The song showcases Chianosky’s love of structured jazz and blues, tempered with sexy highs and playful lows. With the maturity of Ella Fitzgerald and the sultry grit of the late-great Amy Winehouse, Chianosky’s voice disarms and then immediately embraces the listener – all without missing a beat. “I’m super-excited about it all,” she says of the year ahead. If there are any hitmaking predictions to be made, this out-of-the-box bombshell is one tipped to live up to buzz of excitement building around the release of Chianosky’s soon-to-be-released full-length album.
Chianosky’s a complete package, from the conception of each song, the album artwork, through to the choreography that forms part of her live performance – every aspect of the creative process is informed by her talent. “I’m curious to see the reactions to what people hear,” she says of fans responding to her complete songbook.

In "Home Sweet Home," ChianoSky talks about a failed relationship with someone who was once very much in love with her. She starts by retorting to the fact that he was so quick to erase her from his life despite how much their love meant to him. She feels hurt and betrayed by his actions but still admits that they had something significant between them. She mentions how connected they were from their first kiss and thought she had hooked him with her touch. She is now aware that he is not sorry for his actions, and she reads him like a book. She is done with him and is not interested in going back to him because she knows she deserves better than being second best.
