Landis : [interviewing Elaine for a job] Not many people have grace.
Elaine Benes : Well, you know, grace is a tough one. I like to think I have a little grace. Not as much as Jackie O...
Landis : You can't have a little grace. You either have grace or you don't.
Elaine Benes : Okay, fine. I have no grace.
Landis : And you can't acquire grace.
Elaine Benes : Well, I have no intention of getting grace.
Landis : Grace isn't something you can pick up at the market.
Elaine Benes : [annoyed] Alright, alright, look, I don't have grace, I don't want grace, I don't even say grace, okay?
Landis : Thank you for coming in.
Elaine Benes : Yeah yeah right.

it's funny the guy's name is Joe List. both he and Normand do the "list of three" constantly.
list two normal things then a surprising thing as a punchline:
"I was so prepared for the movies I tell ya. had my popcorn, had my oversized soda, had my lube and an extra sock - I was going full pee wee!
helluva group, big group, hate group
Rollin around, throwing popcorn at em, pissing on em

It would be a great bit if the studio just slowly deteriorated every week until there's just pipes everywhere and the neighbors can just poke their heads in and tell them to please keep it down.
